Location : Mason City, IA Position Type : Fulltime Physician OBGYN Overview Busy and established OBGYN practice in Mason City is seeking a Board Certified / Eligible OBGYN to join a collaborative and supportive team. This role offers instant patient volume, call support, surgical block time, and access to Level II NICU services . Practice Highlights

• Join a team of four OBGYN physicians one ARNP
• Approximately five days of call / month
• Newly remodeled clinic located on main campus, with close proximity to labor & delivery, lab, pharmacy, radiology, and perinatology consults
• Dedicated OR block time available five days a week , with robotic surgery access
• Level II NICU staffed 24 / 7 by Pediatric Hospitalists & NICU nurses, plus on-site blood bank
• Multispecialty support from Cardiology, Orthopedics, Anesthesiology, Reconstructive Surgery, and more
• Strong community respect and physician-centered culture Candidate Requirements
• Board Certified / Board Eligible in OBGYN (BE within 3 years, must plan to test)
• IA license or IMLC (or willingness to obtain)
• Accepting H1B visa waiver candidates ( No J1 )
• Locum-to-Perm considered Schedule & Coverage
• Standard clinic schedule with surgical block time
• Call : 5 days / month
• Credentialing and onboarding through hospital system Compensation & Benefits
• Base Salary : $375,000
• Sign-on Bonus : Up to $200,000
• PTO : 34 days (base) / 40 days (production)
• Annual CME allowance : $5,500
