Pay Range : $28$38 / hr

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Industrial Technician to repair, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial machinery, automation systems, and facility equipment in a production environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and production efficiency through preventive and corrective maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on automation, mechanical, electrical, and conveying systems.
• Troubleshoot root causes of mechanical / electrical issues and complete repairs such as welding, fabricating, plumbing, or part replacement.
• Conduct scheduled conveyor maintenance and support Preventive Maintenance Programs.
• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical and electronic wiring, components, and fixtures.
• Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, and other components.
• Repair or replace motors, gearboxes, belts, pulleys, rollers, shafts, and chains.
• Maintain clean, organized tools and work areas.
• Identify and correct unsafe conditions; follow strict food safety and biosecurity protocols.
• Support safety culture and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment

This role involves working in a fast-paced industrial setting with exposure to noise, moving machinery, confined spaces, temperature changes, and wet / slippery surfaces. PPE such as steel-toed boots, hearing protection, and safety glasses is required. Must be comfortable working at heights and outdoors as needed, while adhering to strict safety and compliance standards.
