John & Molly's Tavern in Eastampton, NJ seeks a full-time Manager to join our team.
We are a family-owned tavern housed in a historic 19th-century building. We serve tasty and creatively crafted drinks, fresh seafood, steaks, sautés, and a variety of beers.

Role and Responsibilities
The primary focus of the role is to assist the business owner in leading and managing both BOH & FOH operations.
- Support owner in daily operations and decision-making
- Assist in leading front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations
- Oversee ordering, receiving, and inventory processes
- Manage staff scheduling and supervision (experience with managing a team)
- Ensure food safety knowledge is applied (certification preferred)
- Provide expo support if needed (training provided)
