Brand Representative

Join a global lifestyle brand as a Brand Representative in a retail environment. This role begins in a pop-up store in collaboration with a local artist and transitions into a permanent storefront. You'll play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and representing the brand's image.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying their needs and recommending suitable products
• Provide product demonstrations and explain features and benefits
• Maintain current knowledge of promotions, policies, and product details
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are met and products are well-organized
• Support inventory tasks including unpacking deliveries and monitoring stock levels
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally
• Meet individual sales targets and contribute to team goals
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and stockroom
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and workshops
• Follow company policies including loss prevention and security procedures
• Present a professional appearance that aligns with the brand

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00 / hr.
