What You’ll Do :

  • Operate and fine-tune press brakes to bend, cut, and shape metal into exact specifications.
  • Prepare, set up, and adjust equipment based on product plans and schedules.
  • Inspect finished pieces to ensure they meet the highest quality standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and keep machines running smoothly.
  • Plan work across multiple presses, manage raw materials, and follow production schedules.
  • Assist and train less experienced operators, serving as a go-to resource on the floor.
  • Operate a forklift to safely move materials as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
  • What You Bring :

  • At least 3 years of press brake experience with a proven ability to set up, operate, and maintain the equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and product plans with accuracy.
  • Basic computer and math skills.
  • Leadership potential and strong communication skills.
  • A high school diploma (or equivalent).
  • Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to stand for long periods and handle physical work including pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying materials (up to 25 lbs).
