Qualifications
- Education : High school diploma or equivalent. Experience : 3 months - 1 year of production related experience preferred.
Responsibilities
Open, sort and prepare incoming correspondenceScan incoming correspondenceRecord specified incoming documentsApropriately file imaged claims, appeals, adjustments and inferior quality imaged claimsGenerate and mail correspondence related to submission errorsAble to lift totes weighing 35-40 poundsMandatory overtime is requiredMailroom process : process claims mails for enterprise departmentsWork in a production-based environmentHire temps to maintain a flexible workforce to meet changing staffing needsMeet established department production and quality standardsAssist team members in other areas (in-office or remote) to align with business needsOpen, sort and prepare incoming documentsImage incoming paper documentsMaintain appropriate records, files and processing documentationTypical Day in the Role
