Aspen Contracting is looking for a hands-on, customer-focused Field Support Technician to join our team in O'Fallon. If you take pride in your work, enjoy solving problems, and want to be part of a company that values craftsmanship and care, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform repairs and maintenance on residential and commercial exteriors
  • Address common installation issues with roofing, siding, and gutters
  • Ensure projects meet Aspen’s quality standards and safety guidelines
  • Represent Aspen with professionalism and a clean, friendly appearance

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 1+ year of experience in construction, roofing, or maintenance
  • Ability to climb ladders and work on roofs
  • Reliable truck or SUV for transporting materials

    • (Some locations offer company vehicles; if using your own, gas and oil change reimbursement is provided)

  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Strong physical stamina and ability to lift materials
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic carpentry and handyman skills
  • Dependable, organized, and committed to customer satisfaction
