Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with an exclusive roster of creators.
• Pitch, negotiate, and secure brand partnerships.
• Manage inbound brand inquiries and match opportunities to the right talent.
• Coordinate campaign details to ensure deliverables are met on time and to a high standard.
• Lead client calls and provide strategic account guidance.
• Oversee Talent Coordinators to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
• Assist in onboarding new talent to the roster.
• Track campaign performance and share insights with talent to support growth.
• Work in a highly collaborative environment with creative and dedicated people.
