Legal Secretary – Cassiday Schade LLP, a mid-sized regional civil litigation defense firm, has an exciting opportunity for a Legal Secretary with 5+ years of experience for its Merrillville Office.

Candidate must be a team player with strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task and work independently as well as part of a team. Candidate must be a skilled typist with competent transcription abilities along with proficiencies in Microsoft Office. Ideal candidate will have some familiarity with medical terminology, a working knowledge of court procedure including electronic filing and some experience with trial work. Civil litigation experience required. Excellent benefits and a salary commensurate with skills.
