Work Schedule :

This is a part-time, 70% FTE position. Scheduled hours are 3 : 00pm - 9 : 00pm, Monday through Friday. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Guest Services Specialist to :

  • Serve as the first point of contact for general information for patients, visitors, and staff to provide a remarkable patient and family experience.

    • Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)

    • Work Experience

  • Six months customer service, administrative support, retail, or related experience (Required)
