This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Manager at B&S WOODWORKING INC., located in Lubbock, TX. The Maintenance Manager will oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, including equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repair activities. The role also involves managing maintenance schedules, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring the facility complies with safety and regulatory standards.

• Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance : Expertise in maintaining and servicing machinery and equipment
• Maintenance Management : Experience in planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities
• Maintenance & Repair : Skills in troubleshooting and repairing various types of equipment
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
