Washington University Clinical Associates (WUCA), a subsidiary of Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis , seeks a board-certified / board-eligible General Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join its well-established, community-based practices. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a renowned academic-affiliated network while enjoying the benefits of a collaborative outpatient practice .

  • Manageable Patient Load - Physicians typically see 20-22 patients per day  with a standard work week
  • Advanced Technology - Utilize Epic EMR for seamless patient care and documentation.
  • Teaching & Mentorship Opportunities - Engage in educational activities with medical students and residents from WashU Medicine.
  • Competitive Compensation & Incentives - Includes productivity bonuses and shared call rotation for a balanced schedule.

    • Ideal Candidate :

  • MD or DO with a preference for MD candidates.
  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Ambulatory / Primary Care Experience Preferred (new graduates welcome).
  • U.S. Medical School Training Required
