RN Case Manager - Clinical Supervisor

Aveanna Healthcare is one of the nation’s largest home health care companies in the United States and growing! We are adding a  RN Case Manager to join our clinical team in Alameda, CA .  This position provides the opportunity to help develop and provide professional guidance to our field staff, as well as, help monitor our clinical excellence. In addition to the support and collaboration of a full team of healthcare professionals, you will have autonomy and flexibility in scheduling. Work Location :   Combination of our Alameda Aveanna office, Patient's Home with occasional home office flexibility

Compensation :  $88,000 to $93,000 / YR salary plus quarterly incentive potential, cell phone and mileage reimbursement

Plus a $5,000 retention bonus
