Project Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to provide on-site representation to facilitate information exchange and timely responses between owners, contractors, and engineering teams. The role involves removing roadblocks in the RFI, Submittal, and change management processes, preparing external and internal reports relating to job status, daily progress, estimates, and deliverables. The Project Manager will review projects daily to ensure quality construction standards and budget compliance, facilitate efforts to prioritize project deliverables in support of the construction schedule, and improve administrative processes to support project needs while maintaining consistency with the owner's program.

Responsibilities :

• Provide on-site representation to facilitate information exchange between stakeholders.
• Remove roadblocks in RFI, Submittal, and change management processes.
• Prepare reports on job status, daily progress, estimates, and deliverables.
• Review projects daily to ensure quality construction standards and budget compliance.
• Facilitate efforts to prioritize project deliverables in support of the construction schedule.
• Improve administrative processes to support project needs while maintaining consistency with the owner's program.

Work Environment :

The position is onsite at a Data Center construction project in Hillsboro, requiring presence 5 days a week. Some limited hybrid flexibility may be possible once strong relationships with client and contractor partners are established. The work involves supporting cutting-edge projects in new AI technology. Job Type & Location :

This is a contract to hire position based out of Hillsboro, Oregon.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $80.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
