The Associate Vice President for Facilities Management, Planning, and Operations provides leadership to the following units : Office of Energy Management, Facilities Management, Superintendence, Environmental Health and Safety, Parking and Transportation, and Facilities Planning.

Reporting to the Vice President for Finance and Planning, the Associate Vice President (AVP) for Facilities Management, Planning, and Operations is the principal facilities administrator at the University and provides strategic leadership, coordination, and administrative oversight to the entire range of functions and services involved in the effective development and management of the University's physical resources; all in support of the University's academic mission.

Job Summary

The incumbent also is Chair of the Master Planning Committee, and serves on several university committees including Academic Facilities Advisory Committee, Data Stewardship Council, University Naming Committee, Emergency Management Team, etc.
