Finance and Accounting Director

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as lead accountant for client businesses and oversee client teams to ensure value from finance and accounting functions

Manage the client accounting process, including financial reporting, revenue cycle, expense management, and payroll oversight

Lead monthly client meetings, providing insights and coaching on metrics usage and departmental management

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; Master's degree or CPA preferred

10 years of experience in a Controller to Director of Finance role, preferably in a SaaS firm

Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus

Experience in revamping accounting, finance, and operational processes and technologies

Strong knowledge of US GAAP accounting and sales tax liability management
