Description

Design organization is hiring an experienced copywriter to create content for a variety of digital interfaces, including apps, desktop software, device control panel displays, and web pages / portals.

The candidate selected for this role will have a Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing or related discipline, mastery of written and spoken English, and experience working with software design and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Write and manage UI copy for printer applications, CRM content, web pages and portals, and other customer-facing touchpoints
• Focus on making complex and technical topics simple and approachable for all audiences
• Write error-free content that clearly conveys the brand voice and tone and adheres to writing style guides
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and development teams to produce and deliver a variety of digital messaging pieces
• Interpret creative concepts and prototypes and rough direction into persuasive copy
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Interview various stakeholders to distill business and strategic requirements into concise messaging

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication or related discipline and 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
