Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services to patients in Fort Myers, Florida.

Develop personalized treatment plans to meet individual patient needs.

Achieve targets and utilize pipelines for success measurement.

Accountable for personal success and performance metrics.

Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Monitor and document patient progress and adjust plans as necessary.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Contribute to a growth-oriented and performance-driven work environment.

Participate in professional development and training opportunities.

Maintain high visibility of work activity and results.

Educate patients and families about therapy processes and goals.

Experience / Qualifications

Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Florida.

Minimum 2 years of experience in occupational therapy.

Proficiency in monitoring, documenting patient progress, and adjusting plans.

Demonstrated success in achieving targets and utilizing pipelines effectively.

Proven ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

Strong communication skills for patient and family education.

Experience in working collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Commitment to professional development and ongoing learning.

Ability to adapt to evolving industry practices and techniques.

Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
