ABOUT THE ROLE

The Resident Experience Coordinator executes programming and activities in alignment with the vision and strategy of the Resident Experience Director.

Essential Job Duties :

• Collaborate with Resident Experience Director in planning, execution, and delivery of programs / events. Includes attendance, set-up, tear-down, participation, and evaluation of events.
• Support the “Welcome Home Program”, focusing on resident engagement, onboarding, and retention. Assists each functional leader fulfills a series of activities aimed at engaging with new residents.
• Encourage residents to attend and participate in activities.
• Prepare flyers, calendars, newsletters, and provide content for social media websites as needed by collaborating with Resident Experience Team.
• Assist with Sales and Marketing events.
• Assist with scheduling transportation or driving vehicles as needed; ensures company vehicle is maintained to standards.
• Keeps Revel team members informed of resident programming and seeks opportunities for alignment with Culture Crew activities.
• Communicates and collaborates with other departments and vendors to ensure exemplary hospitality standards are met for events.
• Provides coverage to Concierge desk as needed.
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or required.
