Primary Duties and Responsibilities :

• Perform counts and ensure all inventory is accounted for and reported according to company policy.
• Investigate and correct discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of all inventories.
• Responsible for the supervision of all inventory processes, staff performance and development, root cause analysis, and reporting for their assigned team.
• Manage cycle counts of product inventories regularly.
• Supervise physical inventory for clients.
• Responsible for counter & coordinator training, audits, and feedback.
• Provide coordinator support and be the first point of contact for coordinator's concerns / issues.
• Lead projects.
• Assign work / cases, track & manage on-time completion of cases, approvals, and monitor case closures to ensure accuracy.
• Send case discrepancy escalations to operations.
• Manage the completion of daily reports & complete feedback logs for inventory control and Operations.
• Lead others in safe work practices.
• Notify client services when damaged / defective products are discovered.
• Coordinate and align with various departments during an inventory process.
• Train other employees in inventory management.
• Expected to coordinate with peers and across multiple departments for additional resources, information, and equipment when needed.
• Establish trusted relationships with operations to ensure quality service to the clients.
