Pricing Strategist – Buffalo Grove, IL

$80,000 - $90,000 / year Plus Full Health Benefits and Hybrid Schedule

We are searching for an analytical, methodical Pricing Strategist to manage our pricing structures and ensure our pricing remains profitable and competitive. The ideal candidate for this role has experience with KPI reporting, has worked with internal combustion products, and has a keen eye for numbers and pricing. Responsibilities :

• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand to develop competitive pricing strategies for products.
• Partner with sales, finance, and product management teams to recommend optimal pricing structures that balance profitability with market share.
• Monitor cost structures, raw material fluctuations, and supply chain impacts to ensure pricing models remain accurate and sustainable.
• Conduct margin and profitability analysis across product lines, customer segments, and distribution channels.
• Support new product launches by developing go-to-market pricing strategies and value-based pricing recommendations.
• Ensure pricing policies and approvals comply with corporate guidelines and maintain alignment across global teams.
