Modern Subaru is currently seeking an experienced Parts Counterperson to join the team of talented parts professionals in our Boone dealership. Responsibilities include :

• Assist all customers (retail and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
• Inform customers of companion part requirements and specials and ensure that the customer is exposed to the full product line.
• Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
• Review body shop estimates to be sure the parts that are ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate.
• Provide a high level of service to internal and external customers.
• Pull and fill orders from stock.
