Key Responsibilities
Drive new business revenue through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building
Own the full sales cycle : prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals
Partner with leadership to define sales strategy, target markets, and revenue goals
Required Qualifications
8-12+ years of progressive sales / business development experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing / communications
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving multimillion-dollar revenue growth
Deep knowledge of the pharma / healthcare agency landscape, including regulatory environments
Strong existing network of decision-makers at pharmaceutical / healthcare companies
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build processes from scratch
