What You'll Do :
- Create and manage a schedule to dispatch work crews, vehicles and equipment to appropriate locations according to predetermined timeframes, client requests or immediate needs
- Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and prioritize according to urgency and importance
- Communicate clearly and proactively with clients throughout the project, including for issue resolution or to handle requests for services or equipment
- Relay information to and from work crews, supervisors, co-workers and clients
- Input relevant data into job management software
- Monitor the routes and status of field units to optimize scheduling
- Monitor a dynamic schedule and provide updates to co-workers and customers via phone and texting software to optimize productivity and maintain unbroken chain of communication
- Review and approve timecards for all technicians on a daily basis
