Role Overview

We are seeking a Performance Marketing & Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns with a laser focus on delivering measurable results.

This is a commission-only role - you earn 6 - 8% of total sales revenue directly generated from your ad campaigns. No results = no payment. The better your campaigns perform, the more you earn.

This role is ideal for a data-driven, results-oriented marketer who excels at achieving ROAS goals, enjoys testing and optimization, and thrives in a performance-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, optimize, and scale Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
• Maintain a minimum average ROAS of 3.7 across active campaigns.
• Conduct a comprehensive account audit in the first week and deliver an optimization roadmap.
• Collaborate with our marketing, email, and web teams to improve conversion rates, landing pages, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
• Identify winning products, audiences, and creatives to drive profitable growth.
• Stay up-to-date with ad platform trends, policy changes, and best practices.
• Track and report on campaign performance, providing clear revenue attribution.
• Potential to expand responsibilities into email marketing, content marketing, and leadership as performance grows.
