Job Description :
The Inventory Management Support Clerk will be responsible for accurately keeping inventory control in ERP system and physical locations. This could include receiving material into stock and putting away into new location, transacting material for kits or electronic requests, physically moving material and transacting location moves, physical inventory counts throughout the year, delivering parts to labs whether in kits or electronic requests, etc. and other stockroom functions designated by management. The ERP system is used for all transactions.
Essential Functions :
Receiving ensuring that all incoming materials, parts, supplies, and equipment are properly received, inspected, and documented.
Storing managing inventory and ensuring that all items are stored in a safe, organized, and accessible manner.
Distribution coordinating timely and efficient distribution of materials and parts to various departments or locations as needed.
Support for programs providing specific logistical support tailored to the needs of different programs.
Maintain clean and safe working environment
Must be able to work in other areas to help the business needs.
Qualifications :
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary / Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance

Experience working in a supply chain, receiving, shipping, and stockroom setting
Good written and verbal communication skills.
