Position Overview : Medical Assistants play a vital role in our clinic, working closely with providers to ensure efficient patient care. This position involves direct patient interaction, clinical procedures, exam room preparation, and medical record management.

Key Responsibilities :

Patient Care & Clinical Support

• Escort patients to exam rooms and ensure their comfort.
• Obtain and update patient health histories per office protocols.
• Take x-rays as prescribed by providers (in compliance with state regulations).
• Assist providers during examinations and minor procedures.
• Communicate professionally and clearly with patients and medical staff.
• Document treatment notes and ensure accuracy in patient records.
• Provide patient education and post-visit instructions.
