Products Liability Litigation Attorney

Our client is a national law firm seeking an associate with 3-7 years of experience in complex litigation : mass torts, product liability, toxic tort, life science, or commercial litigation defense to join their trial practice in St. Louis, MO. This position offers a hybrid schedule and an opportunity to work alongside an award-winning trial team on complex, high-stakes litigation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and analysis for case strategy
• Take and defend depositions
• Participate in all stages of trial preparation, including discovery, witness preparation, and courtroom advocacy
• Assist in developing case strategy and client counseling
• Handle court appearances and argue motions as needed
• Collaborate with partners and senior associates on complex litigation matters
