Bordner is looking for a self-motivated, hands-on professional to join our team as a Repair Sales Specialist . This role is perfect for a lone wolf who knows how to turn on the charm and thrives on turning small opportunities into big wins-for both the customer and the company.

You'll be out in the field every day, meeting with homeowners, diagnosing exterior repair issues (roofing, stucco, siding, etc), performing small onsite repairs, and identifying add-on opportunities. If you like working with your hands, enjoy problem-solving, and naturally lean into conversations that benefit everyone involved-this role is made for you.

What You'll Do :

  • Diagnose exterior home repair issues
  • Perform small on-site repairs when appropriate
  • Present and sell repair services that make sense for the customer
  • Convert repair consultations into high-value sales opportunities
  • Deliver top-tier customer experiences while driving revenue growth
  • Operate independently in the field with minimal supervision
  • Track and report sales activity and results
  • Represent the Bordner brand with confidence and charisma

What We're Looking For :

  • Sales-driven professional who enjoys working independently and thrives without micromanagement
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Mechanical aptitude or prior hands-on repair / trade experience preferred
  • Physically able to carry up to 100 lbs
  • Comfortable on ladders and roofs -if the thought of climbing a ladder makes you queasy, this probably isn't your dream job. But if you enjoy a good rooftop view, we've got the gig for you.
  • Problem solver with a hunter's mentality- able to spot opportunities others miss
  • A strong desire to grow professionally and financially

    • Compensation & Benefits :

  • Base Salary during training
  • Full commission after training (potential for up to $90k your first year)
  • Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
