Job Description

The Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate deals directly with our customers on a daily basis to ensure they have a positive experience. As a member of the branch team, this will primarily be accomplished through picking, loading, and delivering our products directly to our customers or to other company locations. This includes the safe and efficient operation of vehicles and material handling equipment, including by not limited to forklifts, in compliance of company policy and government regulations.

This position will regularly be asked to support other branch activities to ensure its success. This may include, but not limited to, helping with all warehouse duties, assisting the branch manager and the location counter sales associates in the support of their duties, inventory management, and other duties as required.

Essential duties and responsibilities

As the daily face of the company to our customers, it is imperative to ensure they have a positive experience, while maintain our safety, quality, and other policies and standards.

As a part of branch team delight our customers by providing quality products and services which meet or exceed their requirements and evolving expectations. This is achieved through a commitment to continuous improvement and the pursuit of a zero-defect culture.

Communicates in professional and courteous manner, daily with customers via face-to-face interaction, phone, e-mail, or other means necessary to provide best in class service.

Shipping and receiving activities as required to assure that products are handled and stored in a safe and efficient manner.

Ensure the safe condition and operation of our company truck.

Ensure that vehicles and material handling equipment are operated in a safe manner in accordance with company policy, guidelines, and practices, and in compliance with government regulations. This includes but no limited to :
