What you will be doing as an Alignment Technician :
Create raving fans with exceptional customer serviceDiagnose and repair to specifications on passenger, light trucks and commercial trucks - may include brake & hydraulic, suspension and alignmentMinimize customer complaints through the provision of thorough yet time-effective repair servicesAble to work independently of others, while also assisting collaboratively with peersEnsure that shop equipment is maintained in top working condition, and adheres to shop safety and environmental practicesAdequately explain technical diagnoses, needed services and repairs to employees and customers on an as-required basis in a courteous and friendly mannerContinuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing technologyKeep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occurMaintain organized and neat bay areaOperate equipment and customer vehicles safely and responsiblyMaintain strong communication between store teammates and all support departmentsBe familiar with, adhere to, and enforce company policies and proceduresAdhere to legal guidelines, including such things as OSHA requirementsStep up to additional responsibilities when needed

At least 18 years of ageValid driver's license requiredHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum 2-year experience with vehicle repairsPositive attitude and the ability to relate well with other team members and customersExperience in light truck & commercial install & maintenance, oil changes and minor auto repair, etc.Ability to perform all job functions that require lifting and or carrying single items weighing at least 50 lbs., as well as functions and activities such as pulling, pushing, bending, standing, lifting, reaching, and stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawlingWe offer a full work schedule Monday – FridayEmployer is an Equal Opportunity & Drug-Free Employer
