Key Responsibilities :

Lead with Quality and Compliance : Ensure adherence to Medical Murray’s quality systems, ISO 13485 standards, and FDA GMP requirements to deliver the highest-quality products.

Optimize Production : Manage production schedules and adjust staffing needs to meet customer demands, ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery.

Develop and Inspire Your Team : Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of supervisors and manufacturing personnel. Empower them to succeed and grow within the company.

Collaborate Across Departments : Partner with Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, and Logistics to ensure seamless production operations and to meet objectives for cost, quality, and delivery.

Drive Continuous Improvement : Identify and lead projects that enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve operational processes. Champion Lean practices to optimize labor and material use.

Be the Voice of the Customer : Communicate with customers directly to address project changes, concerns, and feedback, ensuring we exceed their expectations.

Track and Achieve Goals : Set, measure, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in areas such as safety, quality, productivity, and scrap. Use data to drive improvements and results.

What You Bring to the Table :

Proven Leadership : You have 5–10 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment and know how to inspire and lead diverse teams.

Lean Manufacturing Expertise : You’re familiar with Lean principles and have hands-on experience improving production processes and efficiency.

Strong Technical Knowledge : You have a solid understanding of ISO 13485, FDA GMPs, and ERP / MRP systems. You know how to leverage these tools to drive production success.

Problem Solver : You have excellent critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make informed decisions that align with company goals.

Great Communication : You’re a skilled communicator who can effectively interact with both your team and upper management to ensure clear expectations and results.

Educational Background : A BS degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
