Roofing Foreman – River Roofing

Springfield, OR | Full-Time | From $25 / hr (DOE)

What You’ll Do

Lead, supervise, and motivate a roofing crew to deliver high-quality results.

Train and mentor new team members to ensure work meets company standards.

Oversee job site setup, installations, and daily operations.

Enforce safety policies and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.

Perform hands-on roofing tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a roofing foreman or crew leader.

Strong knowledge of roofing systems, procedures, and safety regulations.

Ability to work at heights and lift 50+ lbs in various weather conditions.

Effective communication skills with both crew members and customers.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Valid driver’s license required.

Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.

Schedule

Monday – Friday (full-time)

Compensation

Starting at $25.00 / hr (higher depending on experience)

Piece-rate option available after probationary period
