With multiple dining venues, banquet facilities, and steady corporate and leisure traffic, our Food & Beverage operations play a vital role in the hotel's success.
Position Overview
The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including the restaurant(s), bar, in-room dining, and banquet / events service. This leader ensures exceptional guest experiences, maintains brand standards, drives revenue, and supports a high-performing service culture through hands-on leadership and team development.
