Lakeshore Sport & Fitness is seeking an experienced Café Manager to help us grow our business. The restaurant manager will gain experience managing both FOH and BOH, learn the ins and out of fast-casual, and will get to work on a supportive team!

Requirements :

• Two+ years of fast-casual or full-service experience
• Ability to lead and motivate a team with an attitude of mutual respect
• Skilled in developing and maintaining guest rapport through interaction
• High-energy and polished
• Guest-focused approach to floor management
• Experienced in leading and managing an hourly team
• A keen eye for cleanliness
• Prioritizes organization
• Loves interacting with people
• Hospitality Degree is a plus.

Must be excited about working with our clients an delivering a quality food and beverage experience!!

Compensation based upon experience.
