Overview

Provides coordination and oversight of all aspects of agency facility, vehicle and ground-keeping maintenance.

Duties / Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate the repair and maintenance of all agency facilities and equipment.
  • Oversee and coordinate the repair and maintenance of all agency vehicles.
  • Provide general ground-keeping maintenance by mowing, trimming, weeding, spraying, snow removal, etc., or oversee these tasks by external vendors.
  • Perform routine repairs to Noble facilities as needed.
  • Obtain and evaluate quotes from external vendors as needed.
  • Develop and oversee a preventative maintenance program for agency facilities.
  • Develop and oversee a preventative maintenance program for agency vehicles.
  • Move furniture and other items within Noble's facilities and assist with client moves in Noble's residential program as needed.
  • Follow all safety guidelines regarding the use of equipment, machines, tools, personal protective equipment and work processes.

Qualifications

  • Skilled in completing routine facility repairs (plumbing, mechanical, etc.).
  • Ability to negotiate contracts with outside vendors.

    • Education And Experience

  • Experience in buildings / grounds and maintenance operations preferred.

    • Physical Requirements

  • Must have ability to lift / move materials weighing up to 75 pounds frequently.

    • Must have ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and operate machinery frequently.
