Job Overview

Terry Marine is looking for a motivated and adaptable Dockbuilder to join our growing field operations team. In this hands-on role, you'll work on a variety of marine construction projects including dock installations, steel fabrication, and general shoreline structures. Ideal candidates will have a background in construction trades-carpentry, masonry, welding-or experience operating equipment and work skiffs, but above all, we're looking for someone eager to work hard, learn quickly, and thrive on a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with construction and installation of docks and marine structures
• Perform heavy steel fabrication, rigging, cutting, and assembly.
• Operate power tools and assist with carpentry, concrete, and other jobsite tasks
• Work alongside machine operators and step into operating roles as needed (if trained)
• Torch cutting and basic welding support (training available if needed)
• Collaborate with a team to meet daily construction goals and adapt to changing priorities
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company safety policies
