Responsibilities
- Demonstrate how to help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store
- Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store
- Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals, overseeing all store functions from sales and inventory to the implementation of new store programs and initiatives
- Lead by example, selling to find personalized solutions beyond the device and service plan, including accessories and up-and-coming IoT devices
- Maintain the store at its best and ready to serve customers
What you'll do in your role?
