Vice President- Insurance

Bank Midwest is seeking the right individual to head up our Insurance team as Vice President - Insurance.  This is a great opportunity for a seasoned Insurance professional to lead a team of client-facing and back office professionals delivering outstanding experiences to our clients.

Primary responsibilities include;

• Development and execution sales strategy
• Budgeting, both sales growth and expenses
• Leadership of producers and support staff
• Developing and maintaining carrier relationships
• Identifying opportunities for market expansion
• Collaboration with Marketing for execution of plan
• Ensure training efforts meet business line needs
• Represent the Insurance business line with Senior Leadership

The successful candidate will have demonstrated success leading a geographically diverse team of sales and support professionals.  They will also have a deep knowledge of the Insurance business, industry trends, regulations, etc.

Although this job is posted for Spirit Lake, Iowa, it could potentially office in some of our other markets.
