Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to ensure a positive experience for clients by managing inbound communications, processing orders, and resolving inquiries across multiple channels, including phone, email, and fax. This role involves 20-30% phone communication, with the remainder through email or customer order entry systems.

Work Environment
The position is based in an office environment attached to a manufacturing / warehouse setting. It is 100% in-office with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with slight flexibility possible. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00 / hr.
