This is a fully remote sales position representing advanced regenerative materials and surgical instruments within the dental and medical device industry. The Surgical Sales Representative will manage a defined region across Northern California, including Sacramento, Reno, and Fresno, focusing on oral surgeons and specialists performing elective procedures.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional with experience in B2B, medical, or dental sales who wants autonomy, stability, and a strong brand behind them.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and grow sales within an established Northern California territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with oral surgeons, periodontists, and other surgical specialists.
• Drive revenue through new business development and expansion of existing accounts.
• Execute sales strategies for regenerative materials and surgical product lines.
• Represent the company at study clubs, dental conferences, and regional or national trade shows.
• Track account activity, pipeline development, and key performance indicators.
• Consistently meet or exceed territory sales goals.
