Proven experience in bookkeeping or payroll processing. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero). Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Associate degree in accounting or related field preferred. Prior experience in a tax service firm is a plus.
