Were actively seeking a talented Senior IT Solution Analyst to join our Finance Data Delivery team in Newport Beach, CA. We are looking for self-starters to help shape the future of our data engineering team and drive data-driven success

As a Senior IT Solution Analyst youll move Pacific Life, and your career, forward by analyzing and designing processes for various Enterprise Finance functions. Your colleagues will include Data Engineers, Data Architects, fellow Analysts and Enterprise Finance team members. The team is multidisciplinary and delivering data that enables our Enterprise Finance data processes end-to-end, including Accounting & Reporting and Financial Planning & Analysis.

As part of the Finance Data Delivery team, youll directly support technical leads and collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to provide analysis and solution design for key initiatives.

How you'll help move us forward :

• Contribute to strategic, cross-functional initiatives by conceptualizing complex business problems and business objectives into actionable solutions that deliver cost-effective innovative data solutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, industry best-practices and technical information to help design and support information technology solutions as a bridge between people, process and technology.
• Understand the connection between Enterprise and Divisional Finance teams and the interrelated data requirements to support all Enterprise Finance functions as a cross-functional liaison and interpreter.
• Document technical & functional requirements - serve as the liaison between the business and technology regarding new business solutions or enhancements to existing business solutions. Responsible for collaborating with all levels of business and technology teams.
• Understand the business area's strategy, customers, team structures, challenges and organizational relationships (internal and external).
• Understand the technology that impacts the business area and the related baseline operational expectations.
• Partner with other technology teams to ensure business strategies and operational expectations are met or exceeded.

Base Pay Range :

The base pay range noted represents the companys good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.

$121,770.00 - $148,830.00
