Boone Supported Living is seeking multiple full time Professional Managers to oversee ISL homes in Columbia / Jefferson City. We prefer someone with management experience and experience with the MR / DD population. This is a working supervisor position so you will work alongside your subordinates daily. The position requires training, coaching, and evaluating employees, strong written and verbal communication skills, and assisting intellectually disabled individuals with all areas of daily activity. Must be caring, reliable, and able to think on their feet.

This is a salaried position with a routine schedule of 44 hours per week (40 hours of direct care and 4 hours of administrative time). All direct care hours worked beyond 44 hours per week will be paid as a bonus.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Cell phone reimbursement will be included in earnings package.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS : This position may require the exertion of up to 50 pounds of force or more on a regular basis to support the individual receiving care or to move objects; work requires fingering, grasping, and repetitive motions; vocal communication is required for expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word; hearing is required to perceive information at normal spoken word levels; visual acuity is required for preparing and analyzing written or computer data, operation of machines, determining the accuracy and thoroughness of work, and observing general surroundings and activities; the worker is not subject to adverse environmental conditions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

BENEFITS : Full-time 31 hour or more
