Job Summary
The Quality Trainer's responsible for developing and delivering training programs that ensure employees adhere to established quality standards, procedures, and best practices, fostering a culture of quality throughout an organization. Key responsibilities include monitoring employee performance, providing coaching and feedback, updating training materials, and collaborating with various departments to identify and address areas for quality improvement.
Essential Functions
- Develop and execute training plans that educate staff on quality standards, regulations and procedures.
- Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness.
- Offer specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills.
- Adapt training methods and instructional materials to meet employees' varying needs and learning styles.
- Maintain up-to-date understanding of industry practices and standards.
Education And Experience
Associate Degree in a technical discipline1+ years on problem report tracking software (HP Quality Center or ClearQuest)Previous experience with NDC, DDC, or Wincor applications a plus1-2+ years of QA experience with test infrastructure or other relevant hardware developmentPractical working knowledge of hardware testing methodologyExcellent oral and written communication skillsExceptional analytic and problem solving skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility and willingness to learn and understand the business and cultureThorough understanding of testing methodologies and processesAbility to excel in a constantly changing environmentThe candidate must have previous experience in Quality inspectingPhysical Demands
