Sterilization Technician – Dental Center Operations

Are you organized, dependable, and passionate about maintaining high standards in healthcare environments? Join our Dental Center team as a Sterilization Technician, where your attention to detail and commitment to safety will directly support quality patient care.

What You’ll Do

As a Sterilization Technician, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that dental instruments are properly cleaned, sanitized, and ready for use. You’ll help maintain a safe and efficient environment by following strict infection control protocols and supporting the clinical team with timely and accurate instrument preparation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Instrument Care & Sterilization :  Clean, sanitize, and organize dental instruments to meet the highest standards of hygiene and readiness.
• Compliance & Safety :  Follow OSHA guidelines and infection control protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Cycle Management :  Sterilize instruments promptly upon receipt and monitor sterilization cycles using tracking systems.
• Record Keeping :  Maintain accurate logs of spore testing and sterilization processes.
• Inventory Support :  Keep supply orders updated and organized to support smooth daily operations.
• Team Communication :  Report equipment or supply issues to the Lead Sterilization Tech and respond to provider requests for instruments and handpieces.
• Collaboration :  Work effectively with team members to meet departmental goals and support the Dental Center’s mission.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00 / hr.
