We are seeking an experienced Senior Revit Drafter to lead the development of high-quality drawings. This role requires advanced Revit expertise and the ability to manage complex projects from concept through delivery. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical drafting skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure accurate and efficient designs.

Create and maintain detailed drawings and models using Revit for architectural, structural, and / or MEP disciplines.

Develop complex 2D / 3D models and families that meet project specifications and industry standards.

Coordinate drawings with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to resolve design conflicts.

Manage drafting standards, templates, and best practices to ensure consistency across projects.

Translate design concepts and technical information into clear, accurate construction documents.

Review and redline drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with specifications.

Train and mentor junior drafters on Revit workflows and standards.

Support project managers and engineers by providing technical input during planning and design phases.

5+ years of professional drafting experience, with a strong focus on

Revit

Proven expertise in advanced Revit modeling, family creation, and project setup.

Strong knowledge of construction documentation and drafting standards.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on large or custom projects.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with precision and efficiency.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting / design tools is a plus.

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, Architecture, or related field preferred.
