Position : Technical Lead in with Fuji Synapse EIS, RIS, PACS, and VNA

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Fuji EIS Application Lead to oversee the support and enhancement of the Fuji Synapse Enterprise Imaging System EIS. This role involves leading a team of technical consultants, managing incident workflows, and ensuring seamless integration of radiology systems including RIS, PACS, and VNA. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in imaging informatics and strong collaboration skills with radiologists and clinical stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Fuji Synapse EIS, RIS, PACS, and VNA.

In-depth knowledge of DICOM, HL7, and radiology imaging workflows.

Familiarity with PowerScribe360, Rad AI, Intelerad PACS, and image exchange platforms.

Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing application support towers.

Proficient in incident management and ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Application Leadership Support :

Lead the Fuji EIS application tower, ensuring high availability, performance, and user satisfaction.

Provide advanced support for Fuji EIS, RIS, PACS, and associated imaging systems.

Manage escalations, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex incidents.
