Position Summary
We’re hiring a seasoned HVAC Technician who can hit the ground running. You’ll be performing diagnostics, installations, maintenance, repairs, and emergency service calls for both commercial and residential properties. You must be technically strong, safety-conscious, and willing to represent the company well in front of customers.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, install HVAC systems (commercial and residential)
Perform refrigerant handling, charging, and leak detection
Troubleshoot High and low-voltage electrical circuits
Service hydronic systems (boilers, cooling towers, pumps, etc.)
Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
Maintain accurate job, service, and timesheet records
Follow company safety procedures, codes, and industry best practices
Provide excellent customer interaction — be neat, respectful, punctual
Occasionally assist apprentices or junior techs (if needed)
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 3 years of full HVAC technician experience
At least 2 years in commercial HVAC work
EPA Section 608 Certification (Type I / II / III or Universal, depending on scope)
Proficiency in low-voltage electrical troubleshooting (controls, relays, sensors, etc.)
Solid skills in refrigerant handling, charging, and system diagnostics
Ability to work independently and make sound judgments under pressure
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Professional demeanor, good communication skills, punctual and dependable
Preferred / Desirable
Experience with hydronic systems, boilers, radiant heat
Experience in variable refrigerant flow (VRF), rooftop units, chillers
Additional HVAC certifications (e.g., NATE)
Familiarity with commercial building automation / controls
Compensation & Benefits
Pay range : Approximately $35.00 / hr , dependent on experience and qualifications
Overtime / emergency call premiums as per company policy

Working Conditions / Expectations
Must be willing to handle both commercial and residential work
May be required to respond to emergency calls, nights, or weekends

Must adhere strictly to safety standards, OSHA, local codes, refrigerant regulations
