1099 Locums Contract

We are looking for 2 fulltime locums - CRNAs, to start as soon as credentialed - ongoing

Mon - Sunday; 7A-3P, 7A-5P, 7A-7P, 3-11 PM

Beeper call 1 shift every 2 weeks to help out perm staff is desired

Willing to pick up some Saturdays or Sundays

19 ORs

Cases - Cardiac, Ortho, OB, Gyn, Urology, Podiatry, GI, Bronchscopies, General, robotics

1,200 Avg monthly cases.

40 OB delivery average per month

4 CRNA's, 1 MD care team model

ACLS, BLS, PALS req'd

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Board Certified
• PALS

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
